About Me
Mia Pelosi (she/her) is a writer, singer/songwriter, and actor based in NYC. She holds a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, having trained in both the New Studio on Broadway and the Experimental Theatre Wing. Mia studied theatre in Northern California for 15 years, with training from the American Conservatory Theater and the Saint Helena Drama Department.
Currently, she is performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in a brand new show called "Love's Concordia Bar". Most recently, her self written play "SuperMarket 86"had its NYC debut at the New York Theatre Festival. . She also recently accompanied Sutton Foster as her special guest during her Broadway and Vine cabaret show in Saint Helena, California.
Mia seeks collaborators interested in bringing parts of themselves into the work. While we create imaginary worlds as artists, Mia believes in the power of introspection and allowing bits and pieces of ourselves into worlds that, at their core, are not so different from reality.
Mia's most valued outlet is singing and writing her own music. She spends much of her free time writing and has begun the process of recording her debut EP.
